Just did this arm workout! I couldn’t do all three reps because damnnnnn my arms are shaking. But next time I will do more and I’ll keep working at it until I can do it.


Delicious Smoothie

1 Cup Blueberries

1 Cup Water

5-10 Strawberries

1 Cup Spinach Leaves

1/2 Scoop Protein Powder
